1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nucleus Aesthetics platform ("Platform"), including all associated websites, applications, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for licensed healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, and individuals pursuing education or careers in the aesthetics industry. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to verify licensure and credentials at any time.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Nucleus Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to educational videos, course materials, AI-generated responses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Nucleus Aesthetics and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• •Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• •Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• •Use the Platform for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise harmful
• •Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without authorization

7. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The Nucleus AI Assistant is provided as an educational and informational tool only. Responses generated by the AI do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for clinical decision-making. Always consult qualified medical professionals and refer to peer-reviewed literature for clinical guidance. Nucleus Aesthetics makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nucleus Aesthetics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
